Question: If i use scrapbooking paper (such as amy butler prints) as primary backgrounds in my collages.?

Yes, unless Amy Butler doesn 't state that her prints are copyright protected or if she doesn 't find out. You are better off checking the source of the prints to see if there is copyrights on them or warnings. If you don 't sell them though, you 'd be fine.
